Standard Delivery - 4 working days - cost £2.95 OR FREE for orders over £40. Please note most orders require a signature on receipt.Next Working Day* - cost £4.95. Next Working Day - Your order will be delivered between 8am-5.30pm on the next working day providing the order is placed before 2.00pm (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days). Orders placed after 2.00pm Monday to Friday, or any time on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be delivered within 2 working days. Please note all orders require a signature on receipt.
Next Working Day Delivery is not available to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and the following postcodes - HS1-HS9, IV21-IV56, KA27, KW5-KW17, PA20-PA78, PH30-PH44, TR21-TR25, ZE1-ZE3

RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to refund any purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, to the address below, within 14 working days from receipt.
Please be sure to clearly mark your package as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any monies that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing.
Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
Please remember to enclose a completed returns form (see the reverse of the packing slip enclosed with your parcel), indicating the reason for return and whether you would prefer a refund or replacement.
Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage when returning the goods.
We regret that we cannot accept any returned items from outside of the UK that incur import charges.
To avoid these charges we suggest that you do not use a courier company such as DHL, FedEx or UPS, instead please use a registered mail service that requires a signature on delivery.
